REAL ESTATE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY DIVISION Now available in the Los Angeles area, an affordable RC aerial photography and video service for marketing real estate, litigation and more. • Imagine a sequence starting from 200 feet in the sky panning the neighborhood while a voice describes the area. Then the camera descends while looking at the property and stops at 3 feet from the main door. • Or starting from the living room, the camera pulls out and provides a video tour flying around the property. With our tools still shots can be taken from every angle in the sky. Perfect vertical pix like this are quite simple.
This 35mm 100ASA film shot was taken with a 50mm lens. The parking lot is 220 yards wide and the black and white drawings are made with 4'x2' tiles. The shot was made to be enlarged to a 7 foot print to see the actual tiles. After several attempts with full size planes and helicopters obtaining only dirt and grain our Blimp solved the problem. Full size planes or helicopters must shoot from a much higher altitude and must contend with atmospheric dirt being caught in the shots. Our system lets you watch the monitor and decide when the shot is just right. We move much slower than full size aircraft and at a much lower altitude and much more steady. In short, better images, at less expense. The heart of the system consists of our TV blimp camera and the new electric HELI camera The RC blimp is tethered for outdoor use and can be brought down or raised up as the need presents. The camera simultaneously pans around and tilts. The Electric RC heli is silent, small and reasonably safe. Our platforms can provide you with Digital stills, 35 mm film or video format - for special requests, virtually any camera can be installed on our system
